Shipping policy

Our normal shipping method for hermit crab food is USPS first class, for isopods USPS priority mail which is normally 1-3 days. USPS does not guarantee delivery times for priority mail as it is only an estimated time frame. We are not responsible for carrier delays. At this time we only ship isopods to the lower 48 states, and hermit crab food to lower 48 states and Alaska.

SHIPPING INFORMATION ON ISOPODS AND SPRINGTAILS

All isopod/springtail orders are shipped priority mail with heat, cold pack, and insulated box as needed. If you would like to have your order shipped Express mail please contact us before placing your order.

Any problems with a package held for pick up for the arrive guarantee must be sent to me within 2 hours of the pickup time marked by USPS tracking. Packages must be picked up in a timely manner, any package left at the post office more than 2 business days voids the live arrival guarantee. I am not responsible for packages not picked up or returned to the sender. Please put a phone number in comments for us to put on your package. USPS will normally call when it's ready for pickup.

Live arrival guarantee on all packages held for pick up if your local post office. LAG voided if your temperatures are below 15 or above 90 degrees.
