Rough Isopod color morph Red Calico. Only the females have the calico color. Tolerates moist environments well and hardy to hot and dry environments.  Fast breeding species. Surface-dwelling species can burrow some under the substrate.

Not recommended for cohabitation with soft-bodied vertebrates.
